- History of licensing the image (past invoices or license information)
- History of licensing other images for similar usages (for example, commercial or editorial work)
- Details of how it was created (aerial, underwater, dangerous or unusual circumstances), any special location and length of time it took to capture
- Special or unique techniques
- Expensive or custom-built equipment
- Studio, model, props or other hired/rented items
