Why can't I submit a case for certain domains?

For some websites, a case may not lodge because the domain of the infringing site has been previously identified as a spam or "scraper" site, which aggregates pictures, articles and other copyrighted material from all over the web.

Many of these sites do not host the images themselves--they "hotlink" from third parties-- and are often operated by persons or entities outside Pixsy’s current coverage area. For these reasons, they are extremely difficult to track down and hold accountable, and it is not viable to progress a case for these domains.

We also only accept submissions for Pixsy supported countries

In some cases, a viable domain might be blocked because it contains key elements of the URL of a blocked domain.

If you think Pixsy has made a mistake, don't hesitate to contact our support team and we'll be happy to review and advise you of next steps.
