Why is my case submission blocked?

Pixsy uses a set of advanced algorithms to pre-determine if a case is suitable for resolution. We do this to save you time and to ensure that our case management team can focus their efforts on recovering compensation for viable cases. When you try to submit a case for a blocked domain a pop-up should appear to tell you why the case cannot be submitted.

Reasons that a case may be blocked include:

  • The case is based in a jurisdiction that we do not support
  • The case is deemed to be from a non-commercial website
  • Pixsy has interacted with the domain before and marked it as non-viable
  • You already have a case open for this domain

If you believe a case has been blocked, but the case is viable you can contact us at support@pixsy.com and we can further evaluate the case for you.
