Merge images - managing duplicate images

Sometimes you may create duplicate images in your account.

This can happen when the same image has been imported more than once but with different image titles or if the same image and title have been imported more than once.

If you have uploaded the image to the external case submission form this will also create a duplicate in your images.

It is easy to manage duplicate images using the merge image function. Search for the image by title on the image overview page. This will allow you to see all of the duplicate images in one place.

Hover your cursor over the images to see the circle in the top right of the image. Clicking these circles allows you to take action on the image.

To merge images, click in the circle on all of the images you wish to merge and then select "merge" on the bottom right of the action bar that will appear at the bottom of the page.

Please note - merging images is permanent and cannot be undone.
