Every case is assigned to an expert copyright specialist (case manager) who is your dedicated point of contact for the life of the case.

We ensure that all the legally binding evidence is captured correctly, the case and documentation is prepared and that all communications handled efficiently.

We (Pixsy or our legal partner) contact the image user by email, phone, post, and sometimes social media to engage in settlement discussions and in some cases negotiations.

In the event that the image user is not compliant with our demands, the current facts of the case are reviewed for further escalation, include lawsuits in some situations.
