Why is my resolution lower than Pixsy's initial asking price?

Our goal is always to start a case with pricing that reflects both our clients’ licensing history and fair market value for the work. With this in mind however the initial price in both our Licensing and Legal Resolution Programs are always a starting point and basis for negotiations, and we will on occasion negotiate this figure to facilitate resolution.

Several factors affect and influence the final settlement price, including the evolving facts of the case and the financial circumstances of the image user. 

We encourage you to include as much information when you submit the case to us, including licensing history and whether or not public pricing exists for the specific work online.
