Should I contact the person using my image?

If you wish to submit the case to Pixsy, we advise that you do not make any contact with the person or company using your image.
We usually only accept cases where you have not already contacted the unauthorized image user. We have found that when you have previously attempted negotiations it is much harder for us to intervene later as your authorized agent.
