Why is my match appearing as 'match offline'?

When you review your matches you may occasionally find one that shows as 'match offline', what this means is that while there was once a match on this domain it has since either been removed from the page or the page itself is no longer active. 

Once a match is offline, unless you have captured a screenshot proving that it was once there, we can no longer accept it as a case. 

When you come across offline matches you should open the link to check that your image definitely no longer exists on that page, if the case then you should click the 'ignore' button in the match viewer.
