How long should it take Pixsy to show me match results?

When you first import or upload your images to your Pixsy account you may see a notification telling you that Pixsy is 'scanning'. This is normal and on average the initial scan can last for anywhere between a few minutes to a few days depending on a variety of different factors, such as the number of images we currently have in our queue.
If your account is still showing this message after 72 hours your can reach out to our support team by emailing support@pixsy.com
