I submitted a case to Pixsy, now what?

As soon as you’ve submitted a case to us, legally-binding evidence is automatically documented. An expert copyright case manager will review the case for you. Within the 1st month (sometimes longer, depending on demand for our services):
Your case is reviewed against each individual jurisdiction’s acceptance criteria
If accepted, your case is directed to either our Licensing or Legal Resolution Program
Submitted cases are authorized by you to be handled by us. Please do not engage with the image user after submission.
You will receive automatic case updates at each key stage of your case (be sure to add 'resolution@pixsy.com' to your safe email address list / check your spam). You can also check the progress of your case on your case dashboard.

If your case is still pending 8 weeks after submission you can email us via support@pixsy.com and we will try to get you an update as soon as possible.
