What do I do if I need to add information to my case?

The best way to add any extra information to an open case is to reply to the email Pixsy sends you on receipt of your case submission.
When your case is submitted we will send you an email, which includes a case reference number, replying to this email with any additional images you have found on the infringing domain, or any further supporting evidence passes everything directly to the case manager handling your case.
