How do I cancel a case?

If you want to cancel a case please contact Pixsy by responding directly to the email containing the case updates and the case reference number.

If you are unable to find an email relating to this exact case, send an email to support@pixsy.com as soon as possible with a request to cancel and your reason for cancellation. 

When you submit a case to Pixsy you agree to our Agent Authorization Agreement which includes cancellation fees to help us recover costs incurred in handling the case. This is only charged if work has already begun on your case. For licensing cases the fee is $200, and for legal cases, this fee is typically between $400 - $800 (legal fees are calculated based on the amount of time that a legal partner has invested in your case up to the point of cancelation).
