How can I delete my account?

In settings scroll down to the bottom of the page and click the Delete Account button.

Please note that deleting your web-app account does NOT cancel any cases you have submitted to Pixsy. For each case you submitted, you authorized Pixsy to act as your agent. To cancel this agent agreement, we need written confirmation (email) for each case - please include the case reference number.

If you have an active subscription with Pixsy - please also downgrade your account before deletion, you can do this on your plans page. 

To comply with legal and tax requirements, we are required (in many circumstances) to retain data about you, your images, and your cases. We will store and process in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the law.
