When will I see match results in my account?

When you first upload images to Pixsy, we will start delivering matches to your account right away. This usually takes a few hours to start returning matches (sometimes minutes).

Each day we monitor over 100 million images for matches across the entire internet. This is a monster of a job and our servers never stop. Our system/algorithm automatically prioritizes monitoring requests into a backlog depending on your plan and time since the last results. We deliver more monitoring and more matches depending on what plan subscription you are on.

We are not able to give exact time frames on when new results will appear in your account due to the complex queue based algorithm our system operates on. Currently, free accounts are likely to return matches every 3-9 months. 

Upgraded accounts are monitored more frequently, depending on your chosen plan.
