Why am I being invoiced for providing misinformation to Pixsy?

Assessing and pursuing cases takes a significant amount of time and expertise on our part. In all cases, you are working with a dedicated Case Manager, and in cases that have been accepted to Pixsy’s Legal Resolution Program, Pixsy has hired an attorney to act on your behalf.

We understand that copyright is a difficult subject matter, and we work hard to develop a streamlined submissions process to guide you along the way.

The questions we ask are specifically designed to prompt you to provide information that is relevant to building your case, and to help Pixsy better identify if and where there are any conflicts.

Providing Pixsy with misinformation takes away finite resources from cases where we can make a difference.

We appreciate your understanding on this matter.
