The timeline to complete your case can vary significantly depending on a variety of factors, including:

• The jurisdiction of the infringement
• The necessity of escalating a case further
• The demand for our services at any given time

With the above in mind, it’s our experience that most cases in our Legal Resolution Program are completed within 2-8 months from the time that a demand letter is sent.
