How do I find an image URL?
When you submit a case to Pixsy, we need to know both the original place of your images publication and the direct URL where it was published.

How do I submit a case?
By clicking the “Submit Case” button at the top of the match viewer and then providing us with information about the photo and its use. You can also submit a case by clicking on 'Cases' on the left-hand side of your screen and then 'Submit Case' in the upper right-hand corner of the next screen.

What are the Pixsy supported countries?
Pixsy is able to accept cases for resolution in the following countries (based on where the image user/business is legally operating)

If your images have been licensed on stock it is important to ascertain whether or not your image has been legally licensed before opening a case.

You can increase the value of your claim by making sure you have submitted all of the correct documentation/information.

Why can’t Pixsy accept a case where my Creative Commons license was breached?
Have you taken a look at the terms of your Creative Commons licenses, and noticed anything in particular about the language surrounding the license deed? We continue to accept cases where no attribution was given with the exception of Creative Commons 4.0 licenses.

What are my options if Pixsy can’t move forward with my case?
If we aren’t able to accept or successfully close your case then we will release it back to you. You are then free to take further action as you see fit.

We may block a domain for a variety of reasons, if you believe a domain should not be blocked please email support@pixsy.com

GDPR and why your case may not have been accepted.
In some cases, GDPR can mean that Pixsy is unable to find a person responsible for a domain. Without this information, we are unable to pursue a case.
