If you want to cancel a case please contact Pixsy by responding directly to the email containing the case updates. If you are unable to find an email relating to this exact case, send an email to support@pixsy.com as soon as possible.

Why am I being invoiced for providing misinformation to Pixsy?
Pixsy may charge a cancellation fee in the circumstance that a case is either canceled by a photographer or has to be discontinued by our case management team due to misinformation.
