Pixsy’s Legal Resolution Program connects artists worldwide with a Legal Partner situated locally in the jurisdiction of infringement. In each case submitted to Pixsy, you work with a dedicated Case Manager who will review, research, and help you build the most valuable legal case.

Our Legal Resolution Program has strict requirements for case acceptance. Cases that are accepted must meet set criteria that we define with our legal partners in accordance with local case law.

Common elements of cases accepted to our legal resolution program include:

1. History of high-value licensing (for online use)
2. Work that is published under an All Rights Reserved license (not Creative Commons)
3. The work is used by an established commercial company, that has healthy financial accounts in a local business ledger
4. Unauthorized use that is commercial use, not editorial use
5. Work that is registered with the US or an international copyright office

If your case does not meet the criteria for our Legal Resolution Program and Pixsy does not operate a Licensing Resolution Program in this jurisdiction, we will in most circumstances not be able to accept the case for resolution.
