Where can I find updates on my case?

You will receive email updates from Pixsy at key stages in the process. You can also follow case updates on the case dashboard in your Pixsy account. Simply click the "Cases" icon on the left of the dashboard.
You can also click and expand the individual case to see all the work that we’ve been putting into your case by clicking on "See Details"!
Tip: emails come from 'resolution@pixsy.com' and 'support@pixsy.com'. Make sure these emails are not going to your spam folder.
